Every good party needs an epic soundtrack. With this in mind, the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa has embraced music since its first edition was staged more than a century ago.
In recent years, the electro night held alongside the world's biggest GT race has grown to become a major event in its own right, attracting renowned DJs such as Bob Sinclar, The Avener, Martin Solveig, and Robin Schulz. In 2024, the musical offering expanded even further, with Thursday and Friday nights providing a nostalgic trip back to the eighties.
From 18:00 on Saturday 28 June, while the GT3 cars continue their battle on the circuit, another line-up of world-famous acts will set the Eau Rouge valley alight for a "Night of 24 Hours", bringing an incredible touch of magic to the race weekend. With massive screens and spectacular lighting, the huge stage at the foot of the legendary Raidillon will create a unique, celebratory atmosphere, blending electronic music, dance, and motorsport in a setting filled with bars, restaurants, cocktail lounges, and food stalls.
For the 2025 edition, the headline act will be none other than Kungs. The French DJ, who began mixing at just 17, became a global sensation when his hit single "This Girl" dropped in 2016. The track went diamond in 14 countries and propelled him to international stardom.
In 2017, still just 20 years old, Kungs won a Victoires de la Musique award, since when his success has continued to grow. Tracks like "Never Going Home" – hailed as a post-pandemic anthem – along with "Clap Your Hands" and "All Night Long" (a collaboration with David Guetta) have further cemented his status among the electro elite.
A performer at the closing ceremony of the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris, Kungs is now a universally acclaimed artist. His stated mission is to make the crowd dance, so don’t miss his set at Spa-Francorchamps on Saturday 28 June, starting at 23:00.
Kungs won’t be the only big-name performer at the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa. As ever, SRO Motorsports Group will showcase several top Belgian DJs, some of whom will use the event as a platform to further establish their reputations. While it’s still too early to reveal all the details, the Saturday night line-up – with non-stop music from 18:00 until 02:00 – will feature some exciting surprises. The final announcement will be made in the coming weeks, along with details of the Thursday 26 and Friday 27 June concerts.
